High-Pressure Valve Features
Maximator® high pressure valves have a variety of features that deliver performance in demanding industries. They come with standard coned and threaded connections for reliable sealing . Maximator® valve features include:
- Wide temperature range. Maximator® valves have a standard operating temperature of up to 450°F with PTFE/carbon packing. We also offer optional valves for extremely high and low operating temperatures between -423°F and 1200 °F.
- Non-rotating stem design. Maximator® valves stop stem-to-seat galling with a non-rotating stem design. We offer a regulating stem to control the flow or a Vee stem that operates with an On/Off function.
- Metal-to-metal seat. The metal-to-metal seat in our high-pressure valves provides a bubble-tight shut-off and longer stem and seat life.
- Variety of pattern options. We offer six valve body patterns and an optional replaceable seat is available with the two way angle body pattern.
Our valves feature standard below-the-stem thread packing made from inert carbon-impregnated Teflon. We include collars and glands, and upon request, we will provide necessary material certifications.
